Her actress career Alison Hannigan started at age 4 in some commercials including Oreon, McDonald's and Six Flags but her big-screen debut was in 1988 in the film My Stepmother Is an Alien, where Alyson acted Dan Aykroyd's daughter. After it there was a range of sitcoms and television miniseries until she'd got a part in Buffy. Extremely beautiful and cranky she also enslaved the hearts of viewers acting the role of flutist Michelle in American Pie (1999).
