Annalynne Mccord Biography: Apart from her acting talent Annalynne McCord is known for her philanthropist work in Hollywood. Born on July 16, 1987, in Atlanta, a girl was home-schooled and managed to graduate high school at the age of 15. With her curly blond hair, almond-shaped green eyes and plump lips she won the Actors, Models & Talent Competition, after which she was offered a contract with the Wilhelmina Modeling agency and moved to Miami to study acting professionally. There McCord modeled for Seventeen magazine and starred in advertisements for Estee Lauder. In 2005 Annalynne moved to New York City to enter a talent agency William Esper Studio Frontier Booking International to study the Meisner Technique. At that time there was the cast for a movie "Transporter 2" and McCord thought "why not?" and hurray - she won the leading role of a Car Jacking Girl. In 2007 she turned from action genre to horror one and acted in the movie Day of the Dead. Simultaneously Annalynne starred in a couple of TV shows like The O.C, Close to Home and American Heiress playing a pampered girl Loren Wakefield there. She is also known for her role of Eden Lord in a series Nip/Tuck. As a guest star McCord appeared in two episodes of Ugly Betty, in an episode of Greek and in an episode of Cold Case show. Presently she is landing a role of Naomi Clark in a TV series 90210, which is quite popular in the USA. As for her charity work, McCord is involved in Blind Project and together with her sister launched a clothing line "The Sisters 3" to gather money for donation to this Project, which deals with victims of human trafficking in the third countries. |
