Ashley Scott Biography: Starting with modeling Ashley Scott gradually turned to acting and appeared in a number of films and television productions. She is mostly known for her starring in TV series such as Jericho, Birds of Prey and Dark Angels. Ashley Scott was born on July 13, 1977 in Metairie, Louisiana and started modeling as a child. She did well in modeling and at the age of 15 Ashley decided to pursue it professionally, so she left for New York and signed a contract with Elite Miami. Scott modeled in Miami, London and Paris and became a cover model for such elite magazines like Hollywood Reporter, Cosmo Girl, US Weekly and Women's Wear Daily. As you know, there is a short way from modeling to acting and Scott got over it in 2001 when she was cast for a movie Al: Artificial Intelligence. The same year she starred in a hit series Dark Angels portraying Asha Barlow. Due to her knack for acting she remained in a show though initially was cast as a guest for it. Ashley Scott is a persistent and purposeful actress who even agreed to study some Tae kwon do stunts and do gymnastics to get the role in Birds of Prey. A celebrated actress also appeared in such productions as S.W.A.T., Walking Tall and Into the Blue. You may see her now starring in a drama Jericho where she lands a role of Emily Sullivan.
