Jennifer Connelly Biography: Jennifer Connelly is an American actress who starred in more than twenty films, got positive critical acclaims for her roles and won an Oscar as the best supporting actress. Jennifer Connelly was born in 1979, in Catskill Mountains, New York. When she was ten, her father's friend advised her parents take Connelly for audition. She became a child model then, later her pictures were seen in magazines and newspapers and she appeared in commercials on TV. Since 1984 Connelly had parts in such films as Once Upon a Time in America opposite Robert De Niro, Phenomena, Seven Minutes in Heaven and Labyrinth.
