Melissa Joan Hart Biography: Melissa Joan Hart is known as a teenage icon, she started acting at the age of three. Born on April 18, 1976, she was a sweetheart for commercial agents. Being a pretty doll-like girl, she acted in more than 25 ads till the age of 5. As a child, she also had some guest roles in miniseries and films, for example in 1986 she appeared in Christmas Snow, an Emmy Award-winning film. Due to her rich acting experience, in 1989 Hart was cast for Clarissa Explains It All, a TV show so popular that ran for four years. She became very famous and was nominated for Young Artist Award several times. She succeeded to win three of them. After the series finished, Melissa entered to the University of New York. In 1995, when Hart was offered to be a leading lady in "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch" movie, she dropped her study and became absorbed in her acting. Later, there was a series "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch", that lasted 7 seasons. When Hart was acting in a film Drive Me Crazy, she decided to use a remix of Britney Spear's song "(You Drive Me) Crazy" as a soundtrack. Except movies and series, Hart was also seen on the pages of Maxim magazine. |
