Tara Reid Biography: An American actress Tara Reid was born on November 8, 1975 in New Jersey and started her way to stardom at the age of five. At that time she starred in commercials for Crayola, McDonalds, Jell-O, and the following year she appeared on Child's Play, a game show. Aiming to become an actress Tara entered the Professional Children's School in Manhattan where she studied together with Sarah Michelle Gellar, Macaulay Culkin, Christina Ricci and other celebrated children. After Reid settled in Hollywood she focused on acting mostly. In 1998 Reid landed successful roles in movies The Big Lebowski and Urban Legend, both critically acclaimed films. The film that skyrocketed Reid's popularity was American Pie where she played Vickie. A sought-after actress now Tara Reid appeared on a red carpet more than 200 times during 2001. By the way, on one of these carpets she had an incident pleasant for her men-fans. She had her dress shoulder-strap slipped off and everybody could see her bare tit. On purpose or not but Reid gained even more fans after this event. It is hard to call Reid a shy girl as she did not mind to appear naked on the screen in 1999 while she was having sex in a movie Body Shots. The world is going to see her nude again but this time on the pages of Playboy magazine in January/February 2010. With such an overwhelming start Reid had a quick fall though. The show Taradise that she hosted in 2005 was canceled because of a poor rating and Reid acts mostly in straight-to-DVD movies since 2006. She also suffers from anorexia and alcoholism.
